[ot] cinemark, they will pay

Well this particular case they recently remove security patrols from their
parking lot (one of the reasons why I go to this (used to) theater)
the security guard admitted to me they had about 2 weeks ago, there are no
postings in the parking lot they are not resposible for theft or vandalism
(which it is both in my case). they will pay.. trust me... unless they want
to reveal to NBC5 DFW television newscast why they are letting the people
come to their business and be possibly attacked in their parking lot,
because they no longer have patrols.

to have patrols and then removing them by law opens you to liabilities
charges,
to never have patrol and post a sign, still does not prevent you against
liability charges.

So much money for having your car broken into in their parking lot?

Is there a rule or something that the parking lot owner has to pay? I'll
have to remember that for the future.
