16v head on a 1.7L engine



All in all, using the *VW* 16V head to make a 8V into a 16V is a poor
idea...however, if you can find a Drake or Oettinger 16V head, these were
designed for the earlier 8V's, and make good power.

Good luck finding one though.  Maybe our German listers can help with the
Oettinger stuff???
