Body parts

Not exactly sure, but I have found that parts there with the same basic
part number but different ending letters (ie: J or B) usually means they
come from different manufacturers. They tend to carry two "classes" of
parts. Those that want dirt cheap at all cost buy the stuff they get in
from Brazil, a little more costly is the stuff from Germany and Italy.

I suspect this is what may be happening. The cheaper one is the
Brazilian make (most likely very thin metal) and the more expensive is a
German made or Italian made part.

Easiest thing to do would be to email them and ask (bowwow@bowwow.ca)

If anyone really gets stuck, I live about 15 minutes from one of there
stores and can pop in and ask about specifics when needed.

On that BOWWOW site, can anyone tell which P/N is for the early MK1
fenders
and which is for the later MK1
I suspect that is the reason for 2 P/Ns as the list is for 75-81
531-821-021 J vs (nearly $100 more)
531-821-021 B
foir the left front fender for example
