How useful is this turbo? (was: race with a talon0

There are DSMs running in the 12s on the stock 14B turbo.  There's a huge 
aftermarket for those mitsubishi turbos, but I really think if you go 
through the trouble to make an exhaust manifold you should make it with a T3 
flange.
