Its a criminals world. Know that. The law is there to protect them, not
the victims. Know that too. A felony conviction would only hinder a
person for 10 years at which time they can get it overturned and have
their record wiped clean and get to vote, buy guns all that stuff again.
Its screwed inless your the x-con. 

So, your better off breaking the guys legs. That will make much more of
an impression than anything on the guy. I know this goes well beyond my
law enforcement training would ever allow me to say but its the truth,
raw and all that.  Kevin, I also know alot of places to hide bodies that
will never be found. Criminal law taught me alot of cool things. :)

Before you goto alot of trouble to cause justified pain, find out the
story on the money orders. Who reported them stolen? What was the
scenerio of them being stolen? Where were they pruchases ect?
