Twin engine project update: phase 1 completed

Well, i got the car.
86 8v, stick, straight frame, power rack (no pump), surprisingly good shape
save right around the rear bumper (tiny dent under driver tail light).
Missing driver side window. No miscolored body panels. Nice, flat hood (not
a 16v, so no inverted throttle body dent). 180k miles, and get this: I DROVE
it back to my house.

    Sandei wasnt happy about 'yet another scirocco' (this one is lucky #7,
for me), but a fresh supply of snow made for the families first snowball
fight, lightening the blow. (note the snow scooping marks in the pics, heh).
