ETKA and printing....

I don't have ETKA installed at the moment but, from what I can remember, 
there's some printer setup stuff in the INI files - there's a bunch of them 
in the ET_PROG (or ET_ROOT) directory. I'd have a look there first as I'm 
reasonably sure that's all I had to do to get printing working.
