[OT] WindersXP sucks, then crashes.....please help if you can.....

already back on the box....

disk caching caused the config file to become corrupt because the OS was
telling the board to shut down while the HD still had info in its memory
that it hadn't written down yet.

To top it off, I had a bad stick of ram too, I could even boot from the CD.

(I'm back on the box now, so all is for now)

    Shouds like some driver that you are using isnt very xp friendly or
something. I've been running
the same xp install since 3 months BEFORE it retailed (ah-hem :).
