Midwest sighting of a WestCoast Rocco

My girlfriend called this afternoon on her way to lunch with this report:

Following a red 16v, in very good shape, with California plates, with 
stickers ("This Bitch Drives Fast" and "Bead" [?]), looked to be a 
female driver.
This was sighted in Belvidere, IL.

Anyone know if it's anyone on the list?
