Battery relocation to trunk?

I am also thinking about slapping my battery in the trunk. My question is 
about the best location for doing this. Isn't it right between the rear 
towers against the back of the rear seat? This is where I can picture it 
providing the best weight distribution (which is the whole point of puttting 
it back there right). The only problem I see with that location is how would 
I secure the box to the floor, I mean isn't the gas tank underneath going to 
inhibit my drilling for screws? Please enlighten me to the ways of battery 
relocating =)
