A G60 16V is a very complicated build. Read As:Expensive. There is a
whole gallery on my page devoted to 16V and 20V G60s. It is not a slap
and go swap. Most of the stuff you will to do for a turbo also applies
here. As well as lots of bracketry work if you dont feel like paying a
fortune for the stock 16V G60 brackets from VW motorsport.=20

The stock 16V G60 uses a flavor of Digifant that shouldnt be hard to
find though. Ive seen dyno charts for these motors on the high side of
230whp.=20

          Hey Guy. Im doing a 8V to 16V conversion this summer. So far
I have a 1.8L head P&P. I have all wiring computer fuel systems etc. I
am looking for a 2.0L block now. What else will I need to do this swap?
I heard somone say I need a 16V fuel pump relay and 16V fuel lines.
???? I got a G-60 charger of my friend for 40 bucks cdn. This needs a
rebuild. If I just put it on without rebuild till summer would it work
a bit? What else do I need to hook up the charger to my 16V. I dont
have any of the pipes. Also are there rebuild kits out there for the
DIY ers? =20

Thanks a lot guys.=20
