how do you get the injectors out???

Rob,

If you don't have the tool, you can use a pair of "Vice-Grips" (not the 
cheap ones).
Make sure you don't tighten them down two much, just enough to grab the 
injector top (not the line itself of course).
After you clamp down use the valve cover as leverage to pry them out (if 
you have a nice shiny cover just cover it with a rag).
