Performance Parts Questions

I am building up an audi 3a for my rabbit. I will be using the stock GTI 
transmission. what is my best bet for a quality lightened flywheel? also, I 
am looking for a new clutch kit, preferably one with the 16v pressure plate. 
lots of companies offer this, and prices fluctuate drastically. are they all 
the same? where should I get mine? finally, I want an adjustable cam gear for 
the solid lifter head I will be using. where should I source this? thanks
