I agree with Rich here. 
As I recall, his site gets pics posted from site visitors. While im not
thrilled about my car being listed in the "Unusual section", I don't hold
him responsible for it. I don't feel he is doing anything wrong here with
the exception of not requiring people who post pics to his site be
required to say where the pics came from. 

At the very least, credit the car owner (or site found) and or picture
taker. I think that would be fair. After all, its all in the family,
right? Where is the Scirocco love guys?
