Got my Scirocco back, need help(Anyone want to give me an idle screw?)

I got my Scirocco back today with a complete exhaust
and its not loud anymore, execpt that it was idling
very high when I drove it back b/c it would not keep
an idle before so the idle was raised a little, but as
I was driving down the street the idle was at 4k rpms.
 SInce it was only a short drive it was alright, but
when I was at home I decided to lower the idle a bit
only to lose the idle screw.  THe car was off and I
don't want to try to turn it on.  I need an idle screw
since I doubt I will find the one I had before.  Also
Carb Cleaner cleans out the top of the throttle body right?
