One last plea for help!!!!!...PLEASE

Michael,

Didn't you say you had it running the other day when the components were
loose (not installed) in their proper location. I beleive you did, well try
and replicate that situation again. What is sounds like is a chaffed wire
that when slighty streched out of position is not grounding itself out. Then
if you can with the car running try and bolt everthing back up and see what
happens, it sounds as if you are grounding out the circuit. Just a thought
