Is this part a fuel pump relay?

I had a cold solder on a fuel pump relay once. You can open it up, and have
a look at the solders for a cheap fix.

Cheers.

yup. Just recently in the Cabriolet, what i thought was a faulty ignition
switch turned out to be a bad fuel pump relay. the car wouldn't start but
was cranking fine. took the relay out and put it back in and the car
started right up. Few minutes later the car wouldn't start agian.

Is your fuel pump working? Can you hear it hum when you turn the ignition
on? If not, use a jumper wire to jump terminals 87 and 30 on the fuel pump
relay and see if the pump hums then. If it does, then your relay is bad.
