powdercoating

I'm planning on powdercoating a set of 14" audi wheels. Eastwoodco said 2lbs would be plenty, Rick A. said 3lbs. I trust Rick's opinion far more but was wondering if anyone has recommendations. Also, by a long shot, as anyone used Eastwoodco's machine grey color?
