Gabriele shocks/struts??

A while back some one mentioned a line of gabriele's (stv or something like
that) as being good and cheap ($24 bucks or so). Who was this? I am trying to
find out what the exact model line is and where they got them? I have been
looking for them and can't seem to find anyone that carries them.
