I've often wondered if the super heavy duty jumper cables (1/0 gauge) would
work for battery relocation, thoughts? A 16 foot set for forty bucks (32 ft
total) should be plenty...

Would you run a full size ground back to the engine compartment also?

I'd use 1/0 for a battery relocation, and I can peice up a kit no problem,
all at near cost. I'm using 1/0 on mine and I'm lovin it. The 1/0 is
easily twice the price though, because you have to get all the 1/0
connectors and ends. 4 g. will probably work fine, and wouldn't cost you
too much.

What can you do on a battery relocater kit? Can you get them? Maybe you
could just get a good price on wire? Say 4 awg about 20 feet be enough to
run from behind the rear seats? LMK. Any advice would be welcome.
