where's the auto-x? (was: lurkers)

I would like to come down to the San Diego event but I am not sure that
I will be ready in time.  The car is running pretty good but the
suspension and tires are not there yet.  I have an e-mail in to Mike to
set me up with struts, springs, control arms and bushings, but with the
move and all I don't want to bust his balls.  I should be ready by the
LA event this month and I will come down to San Diego next month.  Glad
you liked the pics.  BTW I posted the one of the winning burner on the
car show page at www.parts4vws.com.  Browse to Mk1 Scirocco and look for
dustin777@earthlink.net.  It is the last pic!  Talk to you later.

that is later....LOL!)

Sorry I didnt have any time to hang out with you at Dubwar, I really
wanted to chat with you about your project car but the event had me
pretty busy. Doug filled me in on some of it but I wanted to hear it
from you, see where you wanted to go with it. Comming down to the SD
event? Drag Doug along with you, he's been flaking out on the SD events
lately.
