OT: Anyone in Costa Mesa, CA

There is no way I can win against him in small claims court.  Fedex lost the 
package, not him.  Technically, and legally, he is not really responsible.  
Now, by ignoring me, refusing to file a claim, refusing to give me the 
documents I need to make a claim, he is indeed being an ass.  But he has 
done nothing illegal, or anything I can sue him for and win.

I checked his ebay feedback yesterday and he has had a number of complaints 
in recent days/weeks (after I bought from him).  So, don't buy from anyone 
on ebay with the name: legendsport

I got his phone numbers from ebay, so now I can bug him via email and phone.
