Lets Talk About Jack Points - Again! :o)

Hey all, I installed my Eurosport 4 point subframe last night. It went on
really easy, I hardly had to enlarge one of the rear holes and pretty much
only took off a little paint.

Now I'm wondering if the middle of the subframe would be a good place to
jack the car up????? Right where the bars in the middle cross to make an X.
Some of the weight would go to where the swaybar mounts so that would be ok
but the rest would go to the front. I tried to jack it up there last night
but got freaked out by a huge cracking sound. It turned out to only be the
block of wood I had between the jack and the frame had cracked but I didn't
try again. Anyway, let me know what you all think and if any of you have
tried this. It sure would be nice to jack the front up from one point.

BTW: The subframe really makes a nice difference in the car's handling, it
real feals nice and tight now in turns. I now have that, a 16 valve rear
sway bar, and the upper front stress bar that goes accross the engine and
the handling is way better than stock. Now I just need a bigger front sway
bar and new suspension but that will wait till after I save my money.
