Temps still too high

The coolant system on the rocco is meant to be a closed system, so that it builds up pressure as the coolant gets warmer. As it gets warmer, the coolant has no where to expand, so it flows and begins to get cooler. If you don't have a sealed system, the temp will get hot and continue to get hotter. I have had a couple of overflow caps, where the seal has just gotten bad after a couple of years. Replace it with a new one, they aren't that expensive at the dealer, and you should solve your coolant loss, and quite possibly your coolant temps as well.
