Water Wetter is definitely no gimmick. What it does is reduce the water's
surface tension and inhibits the formation of gas bubbles. This increases
the contact area between the coolant and all parts of the cooling system.
More heat is transfered and thusly disappated through the radiator. I'm no
chemist, but there's your basic explanation.
