Oil pressure problems...

Oil weight 10-40 Castrol, engine (short-block) has roughly 15 miles on it now (speedo not hooked up). 

I am using MANN oil filters. 

Oil pressure got really low today during it's first drive, revving only produces 3BAR at most (4K is the highest it's revved due to break-in). I need to fix this ASAP, as I'm not ruining my new engine w/ low oil pressure, but I need my car back.

Add what weight oil your using and how many miles are on the motor.
