Is there a write-up for this? (was: 134a conversion update)-venturing OT...

Hey hey, my site has been down a total of 2 times in 4
years, once the motherboard died, and the other ATT&T
screwed me up.

now that disclaimer said, I understand the issue at hand,
as far as having me mirroring scirocco.org, this could be
discussed offline (email : pbureau@attbi.com) and perhaps
we can come to an arrangement. But I don;t understand
what difference there is between hosting a mirror of a
section of scirocco.org versus simply you having a
link.?? could you explain that one for me (kinda blond
right now)
