Horn-no beep

84 8v - My horn works intermittently...mostly not though. The grounds
under the airbox are clean. I have an extra ground from battery to
valve cover and battery to alt. case. The Horn relay is working. Any
ideas? Were is the horn grounded? Are there other grounds that need to
be reconditioned?
