OT Torque specs for crank sprocket '94 TD 1.9L

>From 13-2 (Crankshaft/Cylinder Block)

Tightening Torques (4 cyl)
Crankshaft drive belt sprocket to crankshaft (stretch bolt-always
replace (in bold)

	Stage I	90 Nm (66 ft-lb)
	Stage II additional 1/4 turn (90 degrees)

Do NOT re-use the old bolt - failure of this bolt will result in a trashed
head - the 1.9L motors are far less forgiving of piston/valve collisions
than the 1.6's are.
