25v off of a batery?



So why when he has the meter on the 20V setting does it max out??

Hmm... "2 of them read 25 volts" You've not got these 2 batts conneted in
serial by any chance?

Sounds like some sort of user error to me ;)

sounds like a simple meter reading error. when you put it to the 200 v scale
you need to add a decimal point. what you are reading is in fact 2.5 volts.
they are dead as a door nail.
