Is 240 watt 1/4" electric die grinder ok for P&P?

I own a dremel tool, but I think it would be a bit light for a P&P job.
 I found some cheap electric die grinders on ebay (here's one:

Would these be better?  I know air tools are recommended, but I don't
own a compressor...
