OT Re: Ultimate Rice Part

There is a kid who has a blue 4 door neon down the street from me.  I expect
to see one of these exhaust tips on his car soon.  He has the spray nozzles
and license plate, the guages that light up (ok, this one is kinda neat) and
large Plymoouth lettering running partially arcoss the hood of car and down
onto the drivers side fender.  The lettering is neon green paint.  He has
also painted all the trim parts inside of the car the same color.  He's got
neon under the car, a strobe inside and lighted selector knob.

It's also got a set of 17's on it, lowered with an aftermarket exhaust.

And the car has an automatic transmission.

I'm glad to see that he's having fun with it, but it's not what I would do
to my car.

He has asked me to help put a header on it this summer.
