electrical problem

okay, to start the car was on the battery charger all day sunday so it 
should have been charged. when you turn on just the parking lights nothing 
happens. when you put the switch on full for the headlights just the pass 
side parking light comes on. when i hit the brights nothing happens, but the 
pass side parking light does stay on. i'm goin to try the switch tonight 
after work, evil's down at the shop on the charger now.
