Source for european motor?

hi all,

I am really curious about the 3 cyl TDI motor that VW is selling
recently.. I want to put it in my 81 rabbit pickup (scirocco content, it
would fit in a scirocco too, heh.)

Anyone know where a stateside chap could get their hands on one of these??

would need to be complete with ecu etc.
