Speaker Found (kinda)

Inetresting, I never had any problems fitting ANY ssp[eakers 4x6 in the
front doors, Pioneer 80w G series sold at wallmart or sears for 29.99$/pair

  I've found a ? CheapAss (TM) way to replace those damned front speakers. I
spent months trial fitting all the 4x6 from Pioneer, Infinity, and other at
Circuit city and Best buy (no hassle returns). Because of this my research
was limited. Some listers have given me leads but those weren't easily
accesible to me.

  Here's what I ended up doing.
  Cost $12.99 per side> These are the "Linear Research" 4x6 available a Pep
Boys. I bought a pair and used cutting pliers to nib out all the excess
metal around the sides. I also removed some of the cardboard around the
cone.

  This is not the optimal solution as you can tell. The sound is tolerable.
For me it's quite an improvement over the long thrashed "pyles" that were in
there. This is but a stop gap measure.
  Hope this is of use to someone.
