I have tried McGuiers and others, some are rediculous amounts of work,
others are simple. And in my experience, useing a good washing agent,
like Mothers Califonia Gold Car Wash, and using a one step polish/wax
stuff is the best. And the best one step stuff I have found is Nu-Finish,
in the orange bottle. That stuff ROCKS. They claim it is a once a year
car wax (hi tech stuff supposidly). I have found that claim to be close
to true...it really does last and keep the paint looking great for a LONG
time.

Just my experience....I've dealt with faded paint way too much in my time
:-)
