Was Racing Seats now Oval Track Racing

I have an issue of Circle Track magazine (aug 2001) where someone wrote in
about using a FWD watercooled VW (a mk2 scirocco, in fact) on a dirt oval.
The answer was that not many people use watercooleds on dirt but that the
FWD would "pull" you around the track. That's them talking, not me.
