Sqealing when the steering wheel is turned

According to the Gates web site (if my recall is of any good), belt noise
can be attributed to only two things assuming there is proper tension. Old
age (like my noise) or misalignment of the pulleys. So check that something
isn't bent or broken that would cause a misalignment of the pulleys as well.

For what it's worth I seem to recall probably from the Gates site as well
that belt dressing is not recommended as a cure for noise as it diminished
the life expectancy of the belts.
