What to do if the screws holding the licence plate arerusted out

I'm guessing the bulb cover screws are rusted all to hell, right?
Well you could nice carefully drill them out and replace them
then.  If you have left hand drill bits then they may even come
out as you are drilling.  These things are always a pain; anyone
know where there are some stainless steel screws the same
size?
