The only time that flat towing can be harmful to a transaxle is in
the case of an automatic.  This is b/c automatic transaxles are pump
oiled and when they're towed in neutral, the pump isn't turning and
the internal bearings will burn up UNLESS the transaxle can be set to
freewheel (like in a Saturn).
