Re: Clutches and the state of the art



IMHO if the vehicle is to used as a daily driver I would put in the factory 
spec clutch.

The performance clutches are great if racing, these are general 
cerametallic. Excellent grab at release, but in stop and go applications it 
will tear up the flywheel suface.

I wouldn't hesitate to use a Sachs Perfomance clutch which I believe uses a 
high PP spring rate for a more solid grab of a standard material.
