where's the tech procedures?

while looking around for advice on replacing yet another major engine 
component, i've noticed that there doesn't seem to be a central place to 
find tech procedures. many people have very good how-to's on personal pages, 
but you gotta look for them. org has that huge links section, but you have 
to wade through a lot of stuff to find what you're looking for. i'm thinking 
it would be a good idea to have links directly to tech pages on org to make 
that kind of stuff easy to find and hence more useful. thoughts?
