anyone in IL.?

Hi everyone,

I found someone selling a 2.0 16v (2035cc forged
pistons, etc)block that I am interested in.  He lives
in Flossmoor, IL.  Is there anyone that lives nearby
that might be able to take a peek at the block.  Maybe
even ship or talk the seller into shiping it to me.  A
3rd party opinion would be etreemely helpful to me.
