(Tech16v) Brake balance/bias valves

Need some help with the above

I have put 226mm rear discs with Mk3 calipers on the Scala and it brakes 
real fine except that the rear swings round (either way depending on how it 
feels ;-))

My car has no bias/balance valve on it, neither the rear load sensitive nor 
the inline pressure sensitive.

Can anyone tell me what the 16v has as a set up as standard, does it work to 
your satifaction and what the parts are and part numbers
