Well, I soaked the damn things for the last two days with LW, then drilled
and easyouted.  And busted the easyout in the first stud I tried.

FWIW, these are not the head->exhaust manifold studs, they are the exhaust
manifold->downpipe studs.  So if I can get the manifold off the head without
busting more studs (sure!) , I can just replace the manifold (which after 20
years of Rochester winters, is really piss poor)
