most a Roc has sold for?

I've seen some people asking some fairly high prices for Sciroccos, from
$3500 for a mint stock '77, to $10k for a 8valve 2L Mk1.  What I'm curious
to know is if any of these cars were able to sell for anything close to
their asking price.  What is the most you've seen a Scirocco sell for? 
Specify year, price, model, mods, etc.
