Re: R/C Scirocco Bodies... a rookie question.....

I thought it is worth a try :-)

German manufacturer of RC-models. A good name here.

my max bid for that thing is 151DM ( $70) so far.
But I have no real clue about the real value of such a thing -
do you have an idea ? How far should I go to get it ?

yes, of course I will need that.
But I had problems to find any 1:12 chassis here in the shops
and so I thought the main thing is to first find a chassis
with the correct wheelbase for the Scirocco-body.

I was wondering if any company is offering new 1:12 ones also.
The shops in my town where I have been so far didn't have any.

on a slightly different topic,
there is a ultra rare Scirocco Mk2 slotcar-track
for sale on German eBay :
http://cgi.ebay.de/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1646128172

I'm the high bidder at the moment (*gtx) but I will step back
if any other Scirocco-list member is interested, as I already have
one of those tracks and I don't want to unnecessarily push up the price against any other lister
who is interested.

friendly Greetings !
Dirk
