Plenty of joining/parting, but no chatting (well, wags talks to himself a
bit)
Come on, people! Get on the scirocco chat channel already! And if you do get

there so wags wont be so lonely :P

for mIRC:
irc://scirocco.dhs.org:6667/scirocco   (type that in as a url or just 'run'
it. do so AFTER mIRC is installed. it will prompt if you want to go to that
location, simply click yes and it will do the rest for you)

for anti-mIRC (i.e. java based web browser):
http://scirocco.dhs.org:8000
