A/C problems update

Well, I traced the overheating problem in my '82 to a leaky radiator, wasn't the a/c after all. A new radiator and end of problem. So I hereby offer my public apology to the god R134 for unfairly casting aspersions upon him/her/it. I haven't done anything further to the a/c and it seems to be working fine, of course the hot weather is over and come next summer I may end up having to evacuate and flush it properly.

Haven't looked at the '86 yet, maybe this weekend...

BTW - someone asked a while back what's involved in replacing the early square compressor with the later cylindrical one, but I lost their address - if you still want to know, email me and I'll fill you in.
