Leaking spoiler/hatch

Has anybody ever had a problem with this?
It rained heavily the other day and I was worried that
my seal of the rear driver side turn signal may not
have worked out, I had sealed it because I thought
that was the source of the leak. Well, when I checked
this time I noticed about a quarter cup of water pour
from the hole in the lower left hand side of the hatch
when I lifted it, then noticed about two cups worth
that had pooled up in the left side of the storage
area.  From looking at the rear hatch I can only
assume that the source of the leak must be the holes
that the spoiler connect into. I didn't have time to
remove the spoiler to see if that was in fact the
source, but has anybody else had this problem? 

She sits in the garage again until I get this figured
out, I'm not chancing another rain storm to ruin my
freshly sound deadened/re-carpeted interior.
